Also, it might be useful in the future to have a little bit of time for group questions/discussions regarding the MBSR / mediations.

 Otherwise I felt the rhythm of the retreat and the hours of yoga/meditation were appropriate. I found it a little hard to get up for yoga at 730am only because the dinners and the conversation were so pleasant I often did not go to bed early enough! This is not a complaint! Forskning og vitenskapelig tilnærming til yoga:

Under folderen «yoga research» finner du en oppdatert studie på helseeffekt av yoga som er utført i 2010 som en utvidet bacheloroppgave i fysioterapi ved Høgskolen i Oslo. Studien er utført av Jan Petter Engvig (cand scient). Her finner du også mange relevante henvisninger til internasjonal forskning på yoga.
